I have really noticed a change in my body since I have been drinking much larger quantities of water-even without omitting the "unhealthy" foods. Now, I am not saying this to say, drink water and eat unhealthy. What I am talking about here is how GOOD water is for us and how much our bodies need it to hydrate, heal and detox. So, if you don't drink much water now, I challenge you to increase it and tell me how you feel and what results you see. (I wonder the changes I would see by omitting the "unhealthy" foods!?!)

1 LG piece "Betty's" cake

a few cherries*
2 cheese quesadillas
a couple crackers
cho chip ice cream
8 oz water
until next time..water,water,water..it's soo good for you..............................
