It's been several days since I have posted and I was just reading Inspiredraw's blog. Thanks Inspired!!!!!! It was reminding me about the goals I set for myself(I was reading that she did that too-Good Job. YEAH!!) and how I haven't looked them over in many days. I also have not read other's blogs who are on this path too. I have broken my support chain. I now have clear vision as to why (which you will soon witness) I have gone into the land of sugar addiction over the last couple of days. I have forgotten my goals and my support. It is like being close and in relationship with God. He is always there but when we don't talk and communicate (pray) with Him, we break the love chain and get lost in ourselves.
One thing that has somewhat amazed me is when I stepped on the scale on Sunday, I hadn't gained any weight. It must be the added exercise, that's all I can figure.
Just an update, I never made it to Indy this weekend. I have car problems on the way down Fri night. It was like a blessing though. A good friend of mine came and got me and we got to spend all day Saturday together while my car was being repaired. Blessings come from situations we least expect. :)

Thanks for the shout out, Cindy, but I'm just as guilty of neglecting my own support network. Whenever that happens it usually means I'm eating in a less than healthy way and I'm really feeling it. So I really have no choice but to gat back on track.
