Sugar..sugar...sugar. Well, the last two days have had quite a bit of icky..refined..sugar in them. My choice though. Noone's fault, but mine. Remember that Led Zeppelin song where sexy Robert Plant sings "nobody's fault but mine..."? That describes my two days of sugar. Hey, does anyone know, does your blood suger drop after the end of your monthly cycle? Anyways..I', going to Indianapolis this weekend to finish my last class for my CNHP. YEAH!! It will be the longest my hubby and I have ever been apart. :( We are both sad about that. I packed a bunch of fruits and vegs. I am off to the fair tonight to see my husband's band play. Their name is Evermore www.evermorepraise.com . Well, I won't be taking my computer so have a GREAT and blessed weekend to all....talk to ya on Monday or Sunday night!?!

Been awhile since I checked in on you. Sorry you were not feeling well last week. But it is good to get that yucky stuf out.
You have been doing well and learning a lot on your journey. Thanks for sharing all your great insights with the world.
Hope your week-end is good and that the concert went well.
