Well, all I can say is I am sore from the cardio yesterday-but it was worth it. It will get better. :) It's good to get into some regular exercise. I find getting involved in "classes" makes me work harder. I need others motivation!!
Food today:
1 1/2 C coffee w/ vanilla creamer
1/2 C oat groats w/ cinnamon and apple*
almond and apricot fruit bar
1/2 avocado w/ dulse, lime juice, hemp seeds in romine lettuce*
1 L water
1 piece hard candy
3 pieces PB fudge
4 wheat crackers
1/2 C coscous w/ flax oil, dulse, cumin
750 ml water
