Well, here I am at 3 days. I was having quite a sugar craving this afternoon, but kept reminding myself- 3 days to withdrawl. Today is day 3. I went to the store and bought lots of fruits and vegs to eat and juice. Yeah!!! :)
Today's nourishment:
1 C celery, kale, carrot, orange juice
1 C coffee w/ stevia
Kamut flakes w/ soy milk
2 lg slices of watermelon- Yum, I am really digging watermelon right now!
2 apricots
5 figs
500 ml water
handful of gogi berries
1 avocado w/ lemon juice, dulse, hemp seeds
500 ml water
granola bar
couple of almonds
