
Well, after a long time, I have decided to post something. I don't really know why. Maybe I will see this as "accountability". :-)
Anyways, we started a weight loss challenge at work (isn't that just all the rage nowadays?), but I decided to join for support. I was asked why I joined. I mean I am not obese, but I joined because my weight is on the verge of being "overweight" and it's what "you don't see" (well, except my lovey hubby ;0!!) that I see as more of my "concern. It's the body fat, especially in those medical "concern areas" such as the belly and the vanity "concern areas" such as the belly, hips and thighs.
So I have joined this challenge at work and it gives me motivation and accountability.
