A day at a time. I'm still struggling with binge obsession. I went to a youth group gathering tonight at a beautiful 130 acre ranch. My husband's band played. I brough all my juice and that went well. See, you can be on the go and juice. :) Still feeling good about my body, still losing a bit of weight, it has slowed down now. I have to admit that I am really over doing the bee pollen and honey. Eating honey from the jar is not recommended. I am probably consuming more than I even think and document. I should deter this, it may be part of what is triggering my junk food obsession.
Juicy day:
1 c peppermint tea
1 T bee pollen
500 ml water
375 ml water
1 qt spinach/romine/carrot/apple w/ 11 oz coconut water
500 ml water
1 qt master cleanse
500 ml water
1 qt spinach/romine/carrot/apple
2 T bee pollen
1 T honey (or more)
2/3 qt watermelon
Peace and love until tomorrow..............................
