It's 07.07.07!!!!How cool. "7" has always been my fav number-had to have it every year when I played soccer.
My aploigizes for being sooooo behind in posting. I have had this respiratory "thing" since the afternoon of the 4th. I was off work for 1 1/2 days-I never call off work. It's weird for me, I never get sick-really. Then I began to think today-maybe this IS healthy for me. I mean, my body is expelling toxins-which I definately want out not in, so this may be good. I wonder if more raw if helping this to happen. Hmmm, I am not sure, just a guess, but any insight would be appreciated :) ......
Here's some catch up on last few days of eating..
07.04.07
1/2 c coffee w/ van creamer
1/2 c hazelnut latte
2 strawberry crepes
oatmeal raisin cookie dough
1 c echinicea tea
3 oatmeal raisin cookies
16.9 oz water
12 oz juice (celery/cucumber/carrot/parsley/cilantro)*
16.9 oz water
1/2 cheese quesadella
(NOT a raw day, at all.....made excuses to eat the foods I ate.,,the crepes, the cookie dough.....used "fixing it for a family breakfast and fixing the cookies for others as the excuse....that is "using" others instead of accepting my responsibilities and actions.....maybe I wanted it, but there are pleanty of raw substitutes.....giving in is not an excuse, it is weakness and a lack of faith-my thoughts on this day :)).
