Today I have been cleaning all my "edible" food from the house. I have deceided to juice feast. I will begin on Aug 1-tomorrow. I made a list of goals for the fast and will be kind to myself and not critical during the feast. I will work hard to honor my body and what it wants and not "beat myself up" over anything I do. It is not my ordinary way of thinking, but I am accepting that I don't treat myself with love. Thank you Connie for you kind and loving comments. You have given me courage!!

Good Luck! Remember that you are choosing this out of love for your body, not punishing yourself for being overweight. You deserve all the best this world has to offer, including a slim, healthy body. See this juice feast as a gift you are giving yourself, not a deprivation! You can do it! I will be checking back to see how you are doing and cheer you on.
Throughout each day, picture yourself that evening, writing on your blog about how successful you have been, going to bed, enjoyng a wonderful, restful sleep, and beginning again. Then, make that vision a reality. Sounds really simple, doesn't it? It's as simple, or as difficult, as you choose to make it. Intention is the key.
Raw Blessings!
Connie
Way to go Cindy.
