Being open to learning and learn how to commit.....

I was reading a blog by my best friend today and it really spoke to me about learning about our diets or meal plans (I do like that better, we have put such a "twist" on the word diet here in our western culture). We should read, ask, research, obtain knowledge, and experiment on what we believe is best for "ourselves" and them have the strength to commit to it. And....when we have great things happen (weight loss, healing from disease, etc..) we should share this with others and give them hope and knowledge to change their lives. Of course, there is One who is the Ultimate Healer, who has healed us all by us just accepting Him, if you don't know him yet, I hope you will...he is Jesus.
I am really excited that the weight is still coming off at a good, sensible pace. Another 2 lbs down. I really believe adding exercise and raw foods and decreasing the sugary, processed foods has made a difference.
Peace and Love to all :) .................................................
