Well, today I got up, packed a great, healthy, raw lunch and never ate a bit of it.
I really want to eat better today than yesterday. The emotional termoil associated with eating highly processed, sugary foods is overwhelmingly painful.
Food today:
2 C coffee w/ soymilk and stevia
--having cravings for cake, mental battle, giving up__
2 pkgs hazelnut wafers
1 fiesta burrito
1 lg slice cake
spaghetti w/ parm cheese
potato chips
