Goals........

Better food day today, had to "overcome" the mental battle. I stood in the store with a can of cream cheese frosting and felt it quite a victory to put it back. Normally, I would buy it and eat it straight-the sugar addiction, gotta have it..more, more, more....
Nourishment today:
1 C coffee w/ stevia
2 apricots, dried
1 fig
handful almonds
2 slices watermelon
1 organic food bar
1 L water
pear
1 corn on cob
1 bowl apple cinnamon granola, plain
peppermint tea
1 bowl raspberry ginger cereal, plain
1 L water

I thought today that I need to set a or some goals as to why I want to go raw and what's in it for me-the benefits. I will think these through and post later...........Goals, goals are good!!
