Oh, HAPPY Day!!! :)

Yesterday was such a wonderful day. I had a 100% raw day and I just feel real good today!! I went to my cardio class after work and then went and got a Massage....oh, what a blessing. I feel I need to remember to treat myself and take care of me, too. I think I will start getting a massage at least every other week....I should know this, though, since I am in school to be a masage therapist!?!! :) I read a great quote on http://www.inspiredraw.blogspot.com/ that I am going to quote here. THANKS inspiredraw for sharing this!!

"If we eat wrongly, no doctor can cure us; if we eat rightly, no doctor is needed."
Dr. Victor Rocine, Norwegian Physician Circa 1930

Congratulations on your totally raw day,Cindy. You know raw corn on the cob is delicious. You'd be amazed. I'm glad you like the quote, it really spoke to me because of all my current health issues that I know can be eliminated with a raw diet. Today I start including what I eat on my blog no matter what. I've done pretty good so far today but the real test will be at the office party this afternoon. Ciao for now!

It is so excellent that your husband is on board with the smoothie thing. Raw smoothies, green or just fruit, can really make your life a lot easier.
