Well, today was quite a different day. My eating was so much better. This afternoon I took 1000mg of chromium picolinate. I have been reading it can help with blood sugar and burn body fat. I don't want to always be on supplements, but I want a kick start. I find that when I take my vitamin pack that my skin and hair loook better. I don't doubt though, that the more RAW I am, these things will occur without supplements. I really felt much less hungry after taking the chromium. I have had an obsession with my body and weight for as long as I can remember, at least since I was 14. I heard the other day "If you are not loving yourself and your body, you are not respecting yourself." It's time to start respecting myself!!!
Nourishment for the day:
1 C coffee w/ soymilk and stevia
organic food bar-omega-3 flax
1 avocado w/ hemp seeds, lime, dulse
1 L water
4 dried apricots
handful raw almonds
2 slices cheese pizza
2 C coffee w/ creamer
3 macadamia nuts
1 L water
