First I must address that after I typed my nutrition for the day, I deceided to stay up and watch a movie. I really needed to be working on my homework, but I didn't. Blue Crush was on. I had never seen it before. It was ok, I loved all the surfing though. I would love to get to try it one day. Anyways, I stayed up late, not doing what I should be doing and I had a binge: 1 cranberry ginger granola bar and about 1/2 box of rasbberry ginger cereal. Just sat there and ate it right out of the box. The "guilt" feeling really suck. It was way tooo much and there were much better choices in the house. Plenty of fruit and vegs to choose from. I really think the guilt came first from my lack of discipline. Then I just added to it with my binge.
Today I did a short but intense workout. I did interval training. I ran as hard and fast as I could for 15 seconds and then walked for 45 seconds and then repeated. My goal was 6-8 reps. By 4 my inner thighs began to get sore. I made it to 6!!! It really is intense. I am going to keep working at it. I also signed up for Yoga once a week and a cardio class (by an awesome instructor named Dewey) at the YMCA...it's fun to stay at the YMCA..hehehe.
My nourishment for the day:
1 C coffee w/ soymilk and stevia
1/2 basket chips and salsa
2 hard shell tacos w/ rice, beans,and guacamole (went out to eat at Hacienda)
handful of red grapes
1 L water
500 ml water
fruit and nut bar
pepermint tea w/ honey
1 C apple cinnamon granola
500 ml water
until tomorrow............................................
