This morning I feel more clear, alert. I am more able to follow another in conversation vs. checking out within 1-2 minutes. I'm still not getting in the 1 gallon of juice a day...I wonder what effects this has on the feast? I'm going to try to get some answers on this.
1 qt kale/romine/apple (yum, I like this one a lot)
800 ml water
1 t bee pollen
1/4 t kelp
500 ml water
375 ml water
1 qt Barleans greens (4T) in water
1 qt watermelon juice
