I was noticing today that my skin is more supple and heals much quicker. My cuticles are much smoother and much less cracked like they usually are. Althought I have had food, I am noticing more "control" over food.
Juicy day:
32 oz water
1 qt watermelon
2 T bee pollen
1/2 qt cucumber/celery/dandelion/apple
1 sm cho chip cookie
2 T peanut butter
1 T barleans greens in 16.9 oz water
2 T p.b.
1 sm c.c. cookie
32 oz water
2 T p.b. ok, NOW I have a stomach ache-wayyyy tooooo much P.B.
until tomorrow... a new day....................:)
