I stayed home sick today because of my tooth. I am still on the antiobiotics (for a week). As much as I dislike them, I have quite the swollen mouth and feel that now the benefits outweigh the risks of not taking them. Anyways, I can see the changes that will happen when I DON'T eat any food (especially the "junk" that I choose when I do)!!
Juicy day:
1 T bee pollen
1 C watermelon
16 oz water
1 qt spinach/tomato/med hot pepper/cilantro/fennel/cucumber
32 oz water
2 T bee pollen
1/2 cookie
1 c apple-cranberry tea w/ stevia
3 c watermelon
8 oz water
