I just had a realization--I AM RAW!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!! Juicing brought me to being raw. Ok, it is obvious, but it just really hit me-12 days, juicing and raw. I see a big difference in my attitude and being more accepting, kind, loving, and happy. I also notice I look slimmer, flatter stomach.
Juicy day:
1 c genmicha tea w/ honey
500 ml water
1 c orange spice tea
500 ml water
1 qt gr bean/red pepper/cucumber/broccli/apple
1 c camomile tea w/ honey
1 t bee pollen
1/4 t kelp
1 pt cantaloupe
11 oz coconut water
500 ml water
1 c camomile tea w/ honey
200 ml water

Congratulations Cindy on being RAW! As you'll see from my blog I haven't doing well raw-wise but I'm not discouraged. In fact reading your blog makes me feel encouraged. When I was eating more raw I noticed being happier and more accepting as well. It's a wonderful feeling that I hope to experience again.
