Still eating food. SAD food. :( I have increased anger and decreased glow especially in my skin and hair.

coffee w/ van creamer
I am quite "unhappy" w/ me right now-made a plan yesterday and didn't get throught it, not even 1 day!!!!
Tomorrow is a new day!!!!!!!
